By completing and submitting the form, you consent to the processing of your data.
5. Retention
We retain the data:
- Until the reservation is fulfilled, and
- For up to 90 days after the reservation
unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Transfers
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
The following processors may assist us:
- Hosting provider (to operate the website)
Data are processed within the European Union.
7. Security
The controller takes reasonable technical and organisational measures so that:
- Unauthorised persons cannot access the data
- Data are not damaged or lost
- Processing complies with the GDPR

11. Group quote requests
Through the group quote form, we process data to prepare an offer and contact larger parties (more than 8 guests).
Data processed: name, email, phone, preferred date and time, party size, occasion, free-text message.
Legal basis: voluntary consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Retention: until the request is answered, or up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
